This charming two-bedroom, one-bath cottage offers comfortable indoor living, a spacious outdoor retreat and convenient access to the South Jersey Shore. Inside, enjoy a newly remodeled kitchen, fresh flooring and fresh paint. The living room features a pullout sofa and two recliners, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day at the resort or nearby beaches. The spacious deck is designed for outdoor enjoyment, with a 10 x 13 gazebo, brand-new furniture and a big-screen TV. A storage shed adds convenience, while the included street legal 2023 golf cart makes exploring the resort easy. There is also a tent set up with bunk bed cots, wall to wall carpet, and AC The season s lot fee has already been paid. For new members, the annual site fee is currently approximately $10,044, plus a required Thousand Trails membership, currently approximately $600 per year. After the main camping season closes, members may continue visiting on weekends from Friday through Monday until the resort reopens for the regular season. Rentals are not permitted. Located near the South Jersey Shore, the cottage is approximately 15 minutes from Sea Isle City, with beaches, dining, shopping and coastal attractions nearby.
