A storage shed adds convenience, while the included street legal 2023 golf cart makes exploring the resort easy. For new members, the annual site fee is currently approximately $10,044, plus a required Thousand Trails membership, currently approximately $600 per year. After the main camping season closes, members may continue visiting on weekends from Friday through Monday until the resort reopens for the regular season. Rentals are not permitted.
